Booked a double room with a private safe, a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator. The bathroom was modern style, it was nice to have bathtubs. Particularly good location in the middle of jackson was a plus.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights here. Thanks to a metro station very close to the hotel, all the landmarks in Incheon were within reach. Actually, the room was clean, it also had a hairdryer, a bidet, and robes...

Great location with nearby transportation, restaurants and practical amenities. The hotel staff was helpful and offered to exchange our room. The mattress was comfortable and the bathroom was modern. We appreciated the practical shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush and toothpaste provided.
No negatives from this place.

The room was peaceful and cozy. the bathroom was updated and had convenient dispensers for shampoo and shower gel. the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation and a plethora of dining options nearby.
The lighting in the entrance area of the room cannot be turned off, which was a minor annoyance. the reception desk was not very helpful when I had a question and did not provide any assistance.

Spent Christmas at a hotel located near public transportation and delicious restaurants. The room included complimentary toiletries - always a plus when traveling! The bathroom was modern and very clean, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly, professional, and prompt with requests.
While the room was convenient and clean, some aspects of it were outdated and had stains. Unfortunately, noise from the hallway and the street was a problem that affected my sleep.
